Common iPhone Issues and How to Fix Them

If the game is freezing, crashing, taking too long to load, or having trouble connecting, try these quick steps to get it running again.

Issue	Possible Fix
Game freezes or stops responding	Close the game completely, then reopen it. If your phone itself freezes, try force restarting your iPhone.
Game crashes or won’t open	Make sure your iPhone has the latest iOS update and that the game is updated in the App Store.
Screen isn’t responding	Restart your iPhone to clear temporary memory and refresh background processes.
Can’t download or update the app	Check your internet connection and available storage. You can manage your storage in Settings → General → iPhone Storage. Learn more about freeing up space here.
Game won’t connect online	Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If that doesn’t help, go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset Network Settings to refresh your network connections.

Extra Tips

Close any unused apps running in the background to free up memory.
Turn off background app refresh for non-essential apps in Settings → General → Background App Refresh.
